Bryan Farney
Bryan’s practice is devoted to intellectual property law, focusing on patent litigation in complex technical cases, patent cross-licensing and strategic patent counseling.
Bryan is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Texas, the United States Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit, United States District Court, Southern District of Texas, Eastern District of Texas United States Patent and Trademark Office and the United States Supreme Court Bryan’s Bar Associations.
His memberships and activities include the State Bar of Texas, Federal Circuit Bar Association, American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Austin Intellectual Property Law Association
